We like to keep things simple. You order absurdly cool stuff. We make it. We ship it. And in the rare event of an issue — we handle it. Below you’ll find all the serious-but-not-too-scary details.


🚚 Shipping Policy

We currently ship across the United States (sorry rest of the world, for now it’s U.S.-only!).

  • Order processing time: 2–7 business days
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–9 business days (sometimes faster, but we like to surprise you)
  • Shipping methods: Standard or Express (extra fees may apply)
  • Shipping from: Our production partners located in the U.S.

We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can then refresh that tracking page 37 times a day like the rest of us.


📦 What to Expect

Every product is made to order, which means:

  • It’s crafted just for you (no warehouse dust here)
  • There may be small variations (but we always aim for top quality)
  • Returns aren’t possible for “Oops, wrong size” — we’ll explain why just below 👇

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We operate on a print-on-demand basis, which means each item is custom-made just for you. That’s awesome, but it also means:

We accept returns or refunds only if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • You include a photo and order number in your message

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Choosing the wrong size or color
  • Changing your mind (the Kyou never doubts!)
